Dr. Mychael Seubert is an ILADS-trained, GastroANP-affiliated naturopathic doctor serving patients across Long Island — with offices in Riverhead, Huntington, and Garden City — and patients anywhere in the country through telehealth. His practice exists for people who have already been through the system and still don’t have answers.
Most people who come to me have a stack of labs, a list of specialists they’ve seen, and a diagnosis that either took years to get — or still hasn’t come. They don’t need more guesswork. They need someone who looks at the full picture.
My clinical work centers on the relationship between gut health, immune function, and hormonal balance — particularly thyroid and adrenal. These systems don’t operate in isolation. When they’re addressed together, patterns that seemed unsolvable often become clear.
“I went to the hospital for five days, then to a rheumatologist, urologist, neurologist. Nobody could figure it out. After one visit with Dr. Seubert, we had answers.”

Every plan begins with a full picture — your labs, your history, your symptoms and how they connect. Nothing is treated in isolation.
These are verified Google reviews — real patients, real outcomes, unedited. The pattern is consistent: people who had been through multiple specialists without answers, finding them here.
“I’ve had digestive issues since my 30s. I’m now 61. Many gastroenterologists wanted to medicate me and treat symptoms. Dr. Seubert identified SIBO — something other doctors literally rolled their eyes at. I haven’t had reflux or gas since treating it.”
“As someone with chronic Lyme, finding a doctor who actually knows this illness — and doesn’t minimize it — has been nearly impossible. Dr. Seubert is the exception. His compassion is overcoming my fear of doctors built up from years of dismissal.”
“Conventional doctors wanted to give me drugs to dull the pain. I wanted to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Seubert stuck with me until figuring out what I needed. I can say today that I’m almost normal again.”
“I went to see Dr. Seubert for perimenopausal issues after many doctors wouldn’t help me. He addressed every single concern I had. After starting supplements, it took less than two weeks to start feeling the effects.”
“Instead of being rushed or dismissed, my concerns were heard. He identified underlying imbalances that had been affecting me for a long time. The results are real and noticeable. I feel better physically and overall.”
“I was so frustrated not receiving answers for my autoimmune symptoms at previous doctors. Dr. Seubert truly takes the time to listen and find long-term solutions. You are never rushed. He thoroughly explains every detail.”
Dr. Seubert developed health issues of his own that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve. He found answers through naturopathic care. That firsthand experience shapes everything about how he listens, tests, and treats.
ILADS clinical training for Lyme and tick-borne illness. GastroANP membership for digestive disorders. These are earned qualifications in areas where most practitioners offer only surface-level care.
Patients have received calls from Dr. Seubert on weekends when he found something important in their case. He tracks. He follows up. He doesn’t hand you a protocol and send you home.
He’s not managing you indefinitely. Patients routinely reduce or come off prescription medications as root causes are found and addressed. The endpoint is independence, not dependency.
Dr. Mychael Seubert earned his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences and has been in clinical practice for over ten years. He holds membership in the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Naturopathic Gastroenterological Association, and the New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and has completed advanced clinical training in Lyme and tick-borne illness through ILADS.
His path into naturopathic medicine was personal. When he developed health issues of his own that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, he sought naturopathic care. That experience shaped how he practices: with the specific understanding of what it means to go through the system, get nowhere, and finally find someone who takes the time to listen.
His clinical focus centers on the interconnection between gut health, immune function, and hormonal balance — particularly thyroid and adrenal health. Digestive disorders, autoimmune conditions, Lyme disease, and complex chronic illness are the core of his work. Most of his patients have tried conventional approaches first. That’s the point.
